2Seeds Network is seeking individuals who are eager for true leadership and management experience to spend a year as a volunteer Project Coordinator in Tanzania. Each year, 2Seeds selects and trains 16-20 one-year volunteers (Project Coordinators) to work in partnership with community leaders on the ground in Tanzania. Together with their partners, teams will build transformative projects that respond to the urgent need for food and income security in rural communities.

2Seeds Network believes that developing human capital is the key to catalyzing economic growth within extremely poor communities. Spending a year in Tanzania as a 2Seeds Project Coordinator can be both extremely rewarding and challenging. 2Seeds entrusts its Project Coordinators with great responsibility to work with their Tanzanian Partners towards Maisha Bora. Literally, this means “the good life,” and it represents the future of improved income security towards which we are striving.
